The care I received from Hannah was absolutely wonderful! My first pregnancies and deliveries were in a hospital setting so I was a little nervous to go somewhere new but knew that I wanted a different and better experience for myself and my baby. Hannah was there for me every step of the way, reassuring me and answering all of my questions during and after pregnancy. The pre and post natal care she delivers is amazing and I highly recommend her.

I met Hannah when I was a few months into my pregnancy with my youngest and from that first appointment, I knew she was who I wanted to see me through my first natural birth. She never once made me feel anything less than heard and seen. She educated me thoroughly on every option and respected every decision I made. Appointments with her always felt more like a hangout session as she asked questions about my life and not just my chart. Oh and my whole family loved her too.
The night of Lucas' birth was so beautiful and empowering (my first was a hospital birth, I left the hospital feeling like I had taken the backseat in my own birth). She sat quietly and let me birth my baby but was right there to gently keep me focused and help guide me through when she knew I was starting to fight the pains. She was right there guiding me as it came time to push and right there to help me pull Lucas up from the water and to my chest.
Hannah will forever hold a very special place in my heart as the woman who helped me feel empowered over my health, my body, and the health of my precious babies. I will always be so thankful for her amazing care! I am so SO EXCITED that she now has her own midwifery so she can continue to give that same amazing care to even more women!

When I found out I was expecting my second child I decided to seek out a homebirth. I met Hannah and immediately knew she was exactly the person I wanted to see me through this pregnancy and birth.
Our prenatal appointments included my husband and 3 year old toddler - who loved to assist and Hannah always obliged her insistence to hear her heartbeat as well. Visits were always comfortable and I never felt rushed when asking questions. Any medical tests were discussed and the choice to participate in them (or not) was fully mine. I felt like I was trusted and treated like an autonomous adult.
When it came time to meet our son I had full confidence with Hannah’s reassurance that I could do this!
We’d decided on a water birth and I asked to be checked - I was 9 cm and she let me know I could get into the water whenever I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed and took my time and listened to my body.
Our son was born with a nuchal hand and I didn’t tear - Hannah helped me pull him out. It was amazing! I got into my own bed with our new family.
Postpartum care was wonderful and the home visits couldn’t have been better.
If anyone is considering a home birth I’d encourage you to trust Hannah. She took great care of me and my family and always made me feel confident and supported.
